Refund Policy

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

1. Cancelling a Plan

• You can cancel a plan at any time from the Billing page of the console, under “Manage billing”.
• Your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the paid period. The plan does not renew after that.
• Cancelling does not refund the rest of the current period, except as described in section 2.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew.

2. Refunds

• If you have not used any credits from a payment, you can request a full refund within 7 days of that payment.
• Once credits from a payment have been used, the payment is non-refundable.
• If the Services did not work because of a fault on our side, you can request a refund within 30 days of the payment. We refund the share of the price for the credits you could not use.
• A refund removes the credits of that payment: all of them for a full refund, or the same share for a partial refund. Credits are never removed below a zero balance.
• This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law of your country.

3. How to Request a Refund

E-mail support@quickleaves.com from the e-mail address of the workspace owner, with the date and amount of the payment.

4. Payment Disputes

Please contact us before you dispute a payment with your bank. While a dispute is open, API access for the workspace is suspended. If the dispute is decided in your favor, the credits from that payment are removed. If it is decided in ours, or withdrawn, access is restored.
